Q. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
A. Place an order for the first time as a new user and an account will be created. You will receive an email after placing your order that will provide you with a usename and password.
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY PROOF OF STUDENT/FACULTY STATUS?
A. Your order status will change from "Awaiting Student Verification" to "Processing Order". When your order ships your status will change to "Shipped".
Q. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours provided that the item is in stock and as long as your current academic ID is on file. All orders are shipped via Ground or Overnight Service if requested (additional charges will apply). Delivery time does not include holiday's and weekend days.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A. There is a 15-day return policy on all products. All products must be unopened and unregistered. Return authorization is required. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
