Returns and Warranties

 

Return Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Unless otherwise noted, returns may be made within 15 days of delivery if the product is unopened and all security seals are intact. All returns require Return Authorization. Contact Customer Service by email at the "Contact Us" page to receive authorization before returning your product(s). Select "Order Status", enter your order number, and reason you wish to return your product. Please read below for conditions.

 

A 15% restocking charge will be applied to the return if a replacement order of approximate or greater value is not placed at the time of the return. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds will be given on opened products. No refunds will be given on any software downloads. Refunds will be issued only if the above terms are met. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above terms.

 

Warranty Policy
If you have purchased fischertechnik products from either a designated reseller or an organization (such as PLTW) please note that any returns for defects or replacements must be sent to the parties you purchased from. Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please visit the manufacturer's website for additional information on their particular warranty policies.

If you experience a problem with any fischertechnik item, please do not contact us by phone. Instead, please send a detailed email to "info@fischertechnik.biz" describing the problem you are having, the particular product(s) you are using (along with the item or part number if you have it available), as well as the order date and order number if possible. In most cases someone will respond to your email within 72 hours
